Anti-Profesionalism

They are putting too much pressure on themselves. They are working in creative industry but they're not thinking as one. They can do creative things but not living as one.

They are trying too hard to act like a professional but they are actually don't.  If you ask me to stay here for long, I would say I won't.

Afraid that the environment and the bad air in here will affect the way i think thus affecting my life too. In the bad way, of course.
